KwikQuant Ultra HRP Substrate Solution

Kit Components:

1. KwikQuant Ultra HRP Substrate Solution A (50mL)

2. KwikQuant Ultra HRP Substrate Solution B (50mL)

Instruction Storage: 4oC

1. Perform Western blotting according to users' normal protocols.

2. Rinse the membrane with dI water for 30 seconds.

3. Submerge the membrane in a sufficient volume of 1: 5 dI water-diluted substrate mixture (1:1 mixing of A and B solution) for 2 minutes with gentle shaking.

4. Take out the membrane from the solution, drain the surface remaining solution, and lay face-up on KwikQuant Imager’s sample tray.

5. Aquire the blot images using KwikQuant Imager.

6. If the image doesn’t show up after a 2-minute exposure, submerge the membrane again in neat substrate mixture for 2 minute.

7. Repeat steps 4-5 to acquire blot images.
