Experiment result: using TGuide S16 with reagent 4993548 to automatically extract the genomic DNA of potatoes has achieved good yield and high purity, which is equivalent to the extraction product quality of well-known competing spin-column extraction kits. In this experiment, about 11 μg of nucleic acid was extracted from 100 mg potato buds, with OD260/OD280 around in 1.8~1.9, and OD260/OD230>2.0.
