Biotin Quantification Assay Kit

The Biotin Quantification Kit serves a critical purpose: determining the biotin-to-antibody ratio (B/P). This ratio ensures consistent quality and performance of biotinylated proteins. Unlike other biotin quantification assays, such as the HABA-avidin premix reagent (based on competitive binding of biotin and HABA to avidin) or the Fluoreporter® biotin quantification kit.

This assay provides a positive signal directly proportional to the biotin amount in the test solution. Additionally, the results can be read using any ELISA plate reader at a wavelength of 450nm.
