Product Description

FGF-10 is a growth factor within the FGF family that binds to heparin. Proteins in this family are pivotal during prenatal development, postnatal growth, and tissue regeneration by stimulating cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-10 shares close relation to KGF/FGF-7 and is prominently expressed during development, particularly in adult lungs. Its signaling occurs through FGFR 2b. Recombinant Human FGF-10 is a protein weighing 19.3 kDa and comprising 170 amino acid residues.
