TaqMan Multiplex Real-Time PCR Master Mix is a premixed reagent solution for multiplex PCR. It has the characteristics of high amplification efficiency and high specificity. It is formulated to amplify up to 4 targets in a single reaction well and ensure excellent concordance of results in both singleplex and multiplex reactions.  

With ROX passive reference added for signal uniformity normalization.
