Our Process

Antigen Preparation: Utilizing advanced recombinant protein (antigen) overexpression and purification techniques.

Animal Immunization: We specialize in immunizing animals, typically mice or rabbits, to produce a robust immune response.

B Cell Isolation: Post-immunization, B cells are extracted from the immunized animals for further analysis.

Hypercell Screening: B cells are loaded onto the Bioelectronica Hypercell Instrument to screen and identify pools of target antibodies.

Genomic Sequencing: Employing Single Cell Sequencing technology, we analyze antibody populations at a granular level.

Data Analysis: Using Bioelectronica’s state-of-the-art software, we identify and select the highest-scoring antibody sequences.

Antibody Overexpression: The chosen antibody clones are overexpressed in CHO cells, ensuring optimal yield and functionality.

Affinity Confirmation: We rigorously confirm the affinity of the produced antibodies to the target antigen, guaranteeing performance.

Delivery: We provide delivery of approximately 10-1,000 antibodies per screening, tailored to your specific needs.
